    模具公司培訓的形式有多種，我們采取集中講課、外出考察、現場實踐等形式，展開針對性的課程規劃，并定期聘請相關專家至公司進行理論與實際培訓，或者將員工送至日方五十鈴研修。

    There are many forms in Die Company’s training. It takes the forms of centralized lectures, going-out investigation, field practice and so on. It carries out targeted curriculum planning, and regularly invites relevant experts to company to do some theoretical and practical training or sends employees to Japanese Isuzu for study.
