The company regularly organizes technicians to study in Japan and Germany. And at the same time, it invites Japanese technical experts to stay in the company to guide and cultivate its technicians. The company’s technical team has rich experience in vehicle body die development. It is one of the earliest die manufacturers that have mastered continuous die and multi-station die in Chongqing and even in the southwestern region of China.
采用國外先進的CAE分析、設計、編程軟件( CATIA UG、Pro/E、workNC、PowerMILL等)和大型計算機網絡技術,實現了從工藝分析、模具結構設計,到NC編程加工的一體化運作,確保了高效率、高精度的模具設計。 We can use advance CAE analysis software by Dynaform,Pam Stamping、Autoform,Think-Design and make structure design by Catia ,UG ,Pro / E , We doprogramming for manufacture by Work-NC, Power-MILL, Now we are doing computer network-technology for our integrated operation from technology analysis and die structure design to NC programming and processing control so that ensure the high efficiency and precision of die design and manufacture . |
自主對UG軟件進行二次開發,建立3D標準件、參數化非標斜楔等數據文件庫,提高設計效率,保證設計質量;對NC加工數模進行模具形狀面干涉、產品數;貜椀饶C嫣幚,有效減少鉗工手工打磨、研配工作量。 We have carried out secondary development on Catia and UG software and establishes the data library such as 3D standard parts and nonstandard insert wedge etc., So that improve our design efficiency and guarantee the quality of design. We can make bring-back analysis by our CAE software and Think-design software , We can make static and dynamic interference analysis after structure design , We would check all important tool and die size by online-checking after machining , So we would reduce the amount of diemaker’s work and ensure the good quality of tool and die . |
